The CEO of the foundation Hon. Kenneth Johnson Lewa believes that education is a foundation for the healthy growth of a society, especially in Ogoniland. His mission is to offer opportunities for higher learning, career training and improved healthcare to enable the youths of Ogoni to shun cultism and other social vices.
The foundation has today paid the school fees for Master Leyiga from Opouko in Khana Local Government Area, for one academic session.
Speaking during the handover ceremony, Hon. Kenneth Johnson ably represented by the Admin/Chairman Committee on Student Affairs, Comr. Emmanuel Nyiadoo said "This event is a great reminder that it is time to look back and appreciate God for his benevolence in the life of the CEO of the foundation. The foundation has always been giving back to society.
He advised the beneficiary of the grant to take his academic activities seriously and to use the money judiciously.
In his response, the beneficiary, Master Bariyere Marvelous Lenee a student in the Department of Accountancy, Kenule Beeson Saro Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori thanked Hon. Kenneth Johnson for his benevolence, saying that the money would be of immense help to him.
